SERAPHIC

Terms of Use

Last updated 29 October 2026. These terms apply to the Seraphic website, web game and PC app (“Seraphic”). By creating an account or using Seraphic you agree to them.

Closed alpha. Seraphic is an early test. Things may break, change, reset or disappear, and accounts are approved by hand.

1. Who can use Seraphic

You must be at least 13. If you’re under 18 you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you. We may refuse, pause or remove any account or sign-up request.

2. Your account

Keep your password private, use a strong one, and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for what happens on it. Don’t impersonate others, including the Seraphic team, or choose a name that is offensive or misleading. Tell us if you think someone has accessed your account.

3. Virtual items and currency

Halos, Shards, skins, clothes, accessories and other virtual items are a licence to use them inside Seraphic. They have no cash value, aren’t your property, can’t be exchanged for money outside Seraphic, and may be changed, rebalanced or removed. Shards are earned by playing and cannot be bought. If real-money purchases are introduced, we’ll publish separate purchase terms and refund information first. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can’t be excluded.

Trades and market sales may be subject to a fee, shown before you confirm. Don’t sell or trade items or accounts for real money outside Seraphic; we may reverse such trades and take action.

4. Your creations

You keep ownership of what you make (clothes, accessories, images, games, maps, scripts). You give Seraphic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, copy, review and distribute your creations on Seraphic so the platform works, including showing them to other players and in the shop. Only upload things you made or have the right to use. Creations may be reviewed, declined or removed. Don’t upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent for its own sake, or that includes other people’s personal information, malware or someone else’s work.

5. Fair play and conduct

Don’t: cheat, use exploits, bots or modified clients to gain an advantage; attempt to duplicate items or currency; attack, probe, overload or scrape our systems; try to access other people’s accounts or data; harass, bully, threaten, groom or exploit anyone; share personal information; spam; or evade a ban. You may test security only as described on our security page and must report what you find to us privately.

6. Moderation

We use automated filters and human moderators. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or ban accounts, and reverse transactions to keep Seraphic safe and fair. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we’ll look again.

7. Our property and others’

Seraphic, its logo, software, maps, models and sounds belong to us or are used with permission and credited where required. You may play Seraphic but may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer (except where the law allows), or build a competing service from it. Seraphic is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any other company; other names and trademarks belong to their owners.

If you believe content on Seraphic infringes your copyright, email team@seraphics.app with: your name and contact details; what the work is; where the infringing content is on Seraphic (username, item name or link); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorised; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. We’ll review it promptly and may remove the content and tell the uploader, who can send a counter-notice. We may close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.

9. The service “as is”

Seraphic is provided as is during the alpha. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or that progress will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of virtual items, and our total liability for anything connected to Seraphic is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (or AUD $100 if you paid nothing). This doesn’t limit any liability that can’t be limited by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Ending things

You can stop using Seraphic any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end the service or your access, for example for breaking these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (like creations licence for items others already hold, ownership, liability, and governing law) will continue.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; if the change matters we’ll post it here and tell account holders in the app. Continuing to use Seraphic after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction, but nothing takes away your rights under the consumer laws of where you live.

Drafted for an early-stage project and not legal advice; we recommend a lawyer reviews these terms before real-money features launch.
